Personio is an all-in-one HR software solution for small to mid-sized businesses, simplifying tasks from recruitment to payroll and compliance.
At Personio, I managed a dynamic team of Product Designers, Researchers, and Content Designers across 4 different locations. I prioritize building a solid base of trust to deliver our projects with high quality and speed while keeping the team highly motivated and engaged by ensuring we're all aligned and in sync. Having this first circle well structured, we expanded it, resulting in an improved and harmonious collaboration with our cross-functional peers.
One of the moments of the week most appreciated by the team is the Collaboration Time where we set a couple of hours per week to work hands-on together (while still remotely) on a predetermined subject, keeping the team closer and aligned on our goals. The positive points of this initiative were the increase in their level of trust in each other, and the ability to have and solve conflicts, which significantly helped create bonds between the team members.
Together with the Director of product, we shifted from a fire-fighting to a new Product-led Growth (PLG) team, where we managed the user journey from the moment they choose to test Personio on the marketing website, through the first touch with the platform evaluating the product, and up to the moment they subscribe to Personio and set up their account.
Before being named as a Customer Operations, we worked on company-wide strategies like new Pricing & Packages, new tools to Import Customer Data (reducing the fail rate by over 90%), a new flow to reduce Customer Support calls, and many others.
