My passion lies in supporting and elevating people through coaching and mentoring. Focusing on product design strategy/vision, I leverage metrics and data to enhance platform performance, influence customer behavior, and drive results. My diverse background as a 2x Startup Founder, Front-end Developer, Lead Designer, and Design Manager enables effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

In my entrepreneurial journey, I founded Visual7Design, where I worked on over 180 diverse projects with 100 clients and many contributors. As a co-founder of Cuponomia, I led the growth from an MVP to a profitable operation, from 5 to 50 employees, and participated in the 500 Startups program in California. My experience at Qelp involved enhancing the UX for customer support platforms used by over 400 million users annually. At eBay, I played a crucial role in user acquisition, activation, and retention, improving the first-time experience for C2C and B2C users. At Personio, we established the Product-Led Growth team while managing a team of designers and researchers.

Outside of work, I'm a tech, VR, and AI enthusiast, coaching people on Productivity and Personal Development. I love seeking out the world's best burgers on my travels and am an avid fan of Formula 1. =)

Kelio.design is a design and strategy studio dedicated to helping founders, creatives, and community leaders build powerful digital homes. At Kelio, I lead end-to-end projects focused on clarity, soulful design, and purpose-driven UX.

We specialize in Webflow development, allowing for fast, scalable, no-code solutions without compromising on performance or customization. I oversee every stage of the journey—from discovery and strategy, to visual design, development, and post-launch support.

Personio is an all-in-one HR software solution for small to mid-sized businesses, simplifying tasks from recruitment to payroll and compliance.

At Personio, I managed a dynamic team of Product Designers, Researchers, and Content Designers across 4 different locations. I prioritize building a solid base of trust to deliver our projects with high quality and speed while keeping the team highly motivated and engaged by ensuring we're all aligned and in sync. Having this first circle well structured, we expanded it, resulting in an improved and harmonious collaboration with our cross-functional peers.

One of the moments of the week most appreciated by the team is the Collaboration Time where we set a couple of hours per week to work hands-on together (while still remotely) on a predetermined subject, keeping the team closer and aligned on our goals. The positive points of this initiative were the increase in their level of trust in each other, and the ability to have and solve conflicts, which significantly helped create bonds between the team members.

Together with the Director of product, we shifted from a fire-fighting to a new Product-led Growth (PLG) team, where we managed the user journey from the moment they choose to test Personio on the marketing website, through the first touch with the platform evaluating the product, and up to the moment they subscribe to Personio and set up their account.

Before being named as a Customer Operations, we worked on company-wide strategies like new Pricing & Packages, new tools to Import Customer Data (reducing the fail rate by over 90%), a new flow to reduce Customer Support calls, and many others.

eBay is an online shopping site, best known for its auctions, consumer-to-consumer sales, and second-hand items. It is extremely popular for online merchants to use as a sales channel.

I worked at eCG (eBay Classifieds Group) in the BNL market, acquired by Adevinta in July/21.

I've joined the first Growth Hacking team in the eBay Classifieds Group (eCG) in the Acquisition & Activation BNL team. I helped create the strategy, and vision and introduced the growth hacking mindset in the company through rapid experimentation, digging into data to find opportunities that could lead to a big impact.

  • As Domain Lead designer, together with the Product Manager and Tech Lead, we shape strategies for the team, as well working closely to People Managers to ensure that the motivation and alignment in the team continues high.
  • Increased over 3x the acquisition of professional sellers through the new registration flow.

  • Approximately 50 experiments per month in a small team setup. Focus on learning based on rapid iterations to find quick winners and possibly one with a big impact. Sharing the learnings with other brands of eBay around the globe.

Qelp is the global leader in online self-service support, delivering superior customer experience in every support channel and reducing costs by deflecting customer support calls.

Working with major brands like KPN, T-Mobile, Telefónica, UnityMedia, and PlayStation, our goal is to increase customer satisfaction rates, reduce the numbers of customer support and bring innovation to the company. One of my objectives at Qelp was to build a good design structure that facilitates all communication between designers and developers. I started to create a design System as one of my last projects, with the intention of facilitating the integration of all upcoming projects.

Cuponomia is an online destination in Brazil for online coupons, deals, and promotional cash back codes and sharing.

I joined Cuponomia's Co-Founder in 2012 and helped them from the initial concept to profitable operations. In less than a month we launched the MVP, and three months later, we were invited to participate in the 500 Startups acceleration program in Mountain View, California, for a 4-month incubation program. After a short period of time, we became leaders in the coupon code market in Brazil. Since the beginning, I was responsible for raising and implementing the user experience culture inside the company, always using metrics to ensure the decisions. I led a team of 4 designers while helping to run the business from A to Z with around 50 employees. Also, I worked side-by-side on all marketing strategies, front/back-end development, and product management.

I founded Visual 7 to provide customers with anything related to design and development during the internet boom in Brazil.

Working with 3rd party designers and developers, Visual7 was founded to fulfill the client's needs in web development, branding design, and advertising. Almost all of the web projects were developed in WordPress. Visual7 had over 100 clients and over 180 projects, including several startups. Major projects:
